Preliminary project for a building in the historical center of Palma. The client wanted to know what could be done with this unique construction. The first blown glass lamps in Mallorca were manufactured in its basement. We reconstructed the current stat, reviewed applicable regulation, and enjoyed giving it a new life without forgetting its origins.
