Renovation for Andreas

Detached single-family home in Santa Ponç. Despite being about 400 m², this house had only three bedrooms; it was necessary to create two additional rooms with minimal modifications to the original layout. The entrance hall, which had become a residual space and was not being used as an entryway, was converted into a bedroom with its own bathroom, and the living area, which was underutilized, was transformed into a beautiful studio. With only slight changes to the layout, we managed to adapt to Andreas' needs.
