Renovation for Cati

Single-family home in a small apartment building. This apartment of approximately 100m2 had maintained the same layout since 1887. Cati wanted a comprehensive renovation that would allow her to have an additional room, as well as an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. We tried many layouts and finally managed to create a beautiful apartment in Palma’s historical center. We preserved all its personality and highlighted elements such as the original wooden beams, which had been forgotten, in addition to reviving the original woodwork.
