Renovation for Tim and Annika

Single-family duplex between party walls in El Molinar. This home, located just 20 meters from the sea, had a unique layout, with the bedrooms at street level. As a result, accessing the living room, dining area, and kitchen required moving to the upper level. However, the spacious terrace was on the lower level. To make better use of the terrace, we proposed reversing the day and night areas, transforming the ground floor into an open-plan space directly connected to the terrace. Now, Tim and Annika can enjoy the terrace while being in the kitchen at the same time.
